We aim to identify the extent that occupational health and safety law no. 6331 and regulations acting as guidelines for enforcement of such law as well as the activities that must be maintained in accordance with the provisions of Labor Law No. 4857 are actualized, considering the scenarios which may be encountered in probable Ministry audits and identifying the pathways to be followed. Thus, there is an opportunity of providing proactive solutions for probable legal and administrative issues which may be encountered.
